Phnom Penh, August 1, 2026 – Today, in the capital city of Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, ACASIA Law Firm (Vietnam) and A.I Law Office (Cambodia) officially signed a Memorandum of STRATEGIC CROSS-BORDER PARTNERSHIP on coordinated cross-border legal service provision, with a comprehensive focus on corporate law, investment, and international litigation.

This event marks a significant milestone in ACASIA’s strategic expansion of its international legal cooperation network, establishing a solid foundation to provide optimal support for businesses and expatriates of both Vietnam and Cambodia.

Immediately following the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement, the two law firms proceeded to execute a legal services contract for a client in Cambodia. Accordingly, ACASIA and A.I Law Office will directly coordinate as a consortium to implement legal measures to protect the lawful rights and interests of the client in a civil dispute involving a hospital in Vietnam.
